How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
We recommend making a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. However, same-day bookings may be possible depending on vehicle availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track flights in real-time and adjust pickup times accordingly. If there are significant changes to the flight schedule, we may change the vehicle type depending on availability.
How long is the complimentary waiting time?
For airport pickups, we offer a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time, and for airport drop-offs, a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from the scheduled reservation time. If the complimentary waiting time is exceeded, additional extension fees will apply.
Can I book a round-trip transfer?
Yes, it is possible. You can book arrival and departure transfers as a multi-trip reservation.
Can I request a meet and greet service?
Typically, our drivers will meet you in the arrivals lobby at the airport. However, if you would like assistance for a smoother transfer or check-in, you can add our greeter service as an option. For customers who require VIP greeter service with support in the airport's restricted area, please contact us separately.
