3. Description of Services

Chauffeur services covering all of Japan, the arrangement and coordination of ground transportation, concierge services, and the operation of an online reservation platform.

4. Fees

All displayed prices are in Japanese yen (consumption tax included). The final fee is determined by vehicle class, distance, duration, time of day, and selected options, and the full breakdown is displayed before your reservation is confirmed.

5. Timing of Payment

At the time of booking, we only register your payment method and verify it (pre-authorization); no charge is made at that point. The contract is formed upon our reservation confirmation notice, at which time the applicable amount is automatically charged to the registered payment method.

If your reservation is made 11 or more days before the date of service, 10% of the fee is automatically charged as an advance payment when the reservation is confirmed, and the balance is automatically charged 10 days before the date of service.

If your reservation is made after the point 10 days before the date of service, or if you select payment in full, the entire fee is automatically charged when the reservation is confirmed.

6. Timing of Service Provision

At the date, time, and location specified in your reservation.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made for reasons attributable to the customer after the reservation has been confirmed are subject to the prescribed cancellation fee.
If a balance remains after deduction of the cancellation fee, we will refund the amount already paid less that cancellation fee.

Please note that where the service schedule is changed for reasons attributable to the customer, the prescribed cancellation policy applies in principle, as the vehicle and chauffeur have already been secured.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction. This does not apply where mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence take precedence.
